In order for our brains to function properly, we must feed it from natural plant sources.

Go Green Exercise:

  • Eat fruits, vegetables and nuts as often as you can.
  • Reduce consumption of meat.
  • Walk, bike, or carpool.
  • Appreciate Nature daily.
  • Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.
  • Thank the Earth for giving you life.
