Eat from it. Recycle. And go for a walk.
In order for our brains to function properly, we must feed it from natural plant sources.
Go Green Exercise:
- Eat fruits, vegetables and nuts as often as you can.
- Reduce consumption of meat.
- Walk, bike, or carpool.
- Appreciate Nature daily.
- Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.
- Thank the Earth for giving you life.
