Water Exercise:

  • Drink 1 liter of water right when you wake up.
  • Drink the number of your body weight divided by two in ounces.
  • Spend 15 minutes each day near a water source: ocean, lake, river, pond, stream, swimming pool, or fountain.
  • Listen to the soothing sounds of water to de-stress.
  • Thank it for giving you life.
