Drink it often. Be around it as much as possible.
You are 70% water and your mind, body and spirit work better when hydrated.
Water Exercise:
- Drink 1 liter of water right when you wake up.
- Drink the number of your body weight divided by two in ounces.
- Spend 15 minutes each day near a water source: ocean, lake, river, pond, stream, swimming pool, or fountain.
- Listen to the soothing sounds of water to de-stress.
- Thank it for giving you life.
